Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. Processing time is separate from the delivery transit estimates stated in our Shipping Policy.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us at info@meritessia.com as soon as possible.
We can honor a cancellation only before the order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping. Once fulfillment, production, or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a cancellation is accepted before fulfillment begins, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a standard return:
To request a return, email info@meritessia.com. Do not send a return before receiving authorization and return instructions.
Return shipping: For standard returns that are not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If applicable law requires otherwise, or if we confirm that an item was incorrect or defective due to our error, we will provide the appropriate return-shipping instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee.

This is our warehouse / return-processing address and is used solely for authorized returns; it is separate from CHAO Global Inc's Registered Address. Returns must be authorized before shipment so that the package can be identified and processed correctly. Include your order number and use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after we issue it.

Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include customized or personalized products that have been produced as ordered, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and items for which the return request is submitted outside the 14-day return window, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.
