How long does shipping take?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at info@meritessia.com with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
